  • Insight Timer Classes

    Yin Yoga & Savasana - Slow down & unwind

    Yin yoga postures are long held and passive in nature, practiced mainly seated or lying down. This gentle session will let us discover the meditative aspects of yoga through movement and guided rest. Props from around you are helpful but not necessary.

    Mentorship

    Srengthen your inner knowing and explore tools and practices to be in your body. Over time, you’ll receive guidance in cultivating greater clarity, healing, and equanimity, along with creating a stronger self-esteem and building a robust wellness toolbox.

After a few years away from my yoga practice, I was introduced to Lisa. She has been the right person at the right time, meeting me exactly where I am physically, mentally, and spiritually. Working with her as a private client has offered me the grace and space to work from the inside out, rediscovering my connection to Universal Flow—in body, mind, and spirit. I love our sessions, which bring me back to my body and to connection with my deep internal knowing.

Taking a restorative class with Lisa Reid is like going to another dimension. Lisa’s calm voice sets a tone that makes it easy for me to access a meditative state. I especially enjoy her interesting and relevant stories, which she shares at the beginning of class. Lisa is gifted in delivering intentions in a meaningful way, and by creating this type of ambiance, I can focus on letting my fascia release and my spirit relax. I often find myself going deeper and deeper into those peaceful places.
