Private Sessions

During our time together you will strengthen your inner knowing and explore tools and practices to be in your body. Over time in conversation and practice, you’ll receive guidance in cultivating greater clarity, healing, and equanimity, along with creating a stronger self-esteem and building a robust wellness toolbox—uncovering and integrating an authentic and sustainable way of living.

I work with a select number of clients.

3-session package: $450

6-session package: $900

Payments can be made monthly or in full with a $50 off discounted rate.

After the initial application, we meet on zoom for a complimentary 30 minute session to see where you are and if it’s a fit. If we agree to continue our exploration together, I offer 3 or 6 session coaching packages. All sessions are virtual and last 90 minutes.

I will be available between coaching sessions for ongoing support via email. I will also share and provide various resources throughout our time to support you in integrating what we practice—these resources might include custom meditation recordings, homework, readings, and more. 

My goal is to create a container wherein we can be in practice together and provide you with the guidance you need to create accountability to your own practice.
