I find solace in my yoga practice. Bringing the dynamic movements down to the basics. Breathwork and meditation. One breath at a time.

For years, I performed and taught asana classes based on physicality. I learned on the journey, especially through injury, that asana was simply a fraction of the picture. Today my classes are mostly breath, dharma, and a bit of stretching. Balance to soothe. Learning to move, listen and breathe. The somatics.

I have been particularly inspired by my studies of the Bhagavad Gita and A New Earth, and with teachers such as Jessica Patterson, Jeremy Wolf, Indu Arora, Marielle Soong, Gary Kraftsow, Gabor Mate, Caroline Myss, Dr. Devon Price, Octavia Butler, adrienne maree brown, Lama Rod Owens.

I have trained in anatomy, yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy, and I’m educated in trauma sensitivity and mental health awareness. My commitment to ongoing study will soon lead me to more in-depth somatics and social justice training.

After completing a coaching certification program in 2024, I now combine these areas of study to create alignment based inquiry for a sustainable life—spiritual mentorship.
